Prices for top floor apartment rental only are available on request.
Prices shown are for rental of property per week in British pounds. On making the reservation a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required. The outstanding amount is required 8 weeks prior to the rental agreement. A security fee of £300 is also required upon booking. This is refunded at the end of the letting period. This is to cover any damage to the property, it contents, fixtures and fittings. Any deductions from your security fee will be discussed with you before returning your security deposit. |
